Cancellation conditions
Cancellation at no cost:
Cancellation no later than 30 days before arrival
For fixed bookings the following cancellation fees apply depending on the number of days prior to arrival, in each case based on the total price:
| 29 - 25 days | 20% |
| 24 -15 day | 40% |
| 14 - 10 days | 60% |
| 9 - 5 days | 80% |
| < 5 days | 100% |
Cancellations must be made in writing, unless we expressly agree to a verbal cancellation. The day of receipt of the cancellation is considered the cancellation day.
