The apartment has  approx. 100m² and is located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. In addition 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds. Extra bed for relaxing or sleeping (similar to alcove) in the living room.

2 balconies: South and north side (north side covered for smokers).

Stove with 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven with grill, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, baking dishes. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans sufficiently available.

Vacuum cleaner, SAT TV, DVD receiver, books, children's books, games, balcony table with chairs and cushions.

Free WLAN and a separate home office corner.

Washing machine and dryer each for a fee in the basement.

Large walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet, urinal. Towels in sufficient quantity.

Filter bags, flushing tabs, toilet paper etc. available for the first 1-2 days.
